Resort Policies
Advance deposit due upon booking. Deposits are not refundable if reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival. Occupancy limits strictly enforced. Check in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Must be 21 years of age to check in. Parking restrictions.

30 minutes from Tampa International Airport.

From the airport: Take I-275 South to Exit 17, and take Pinellas Bayway West ($.50 toll), to Gulf Boulevard. Take a right and go approximately 2 miles, the resort is on the left.

From Orlando: Take I-4 West to I-275 South, to Exit 17, Pinellas Bayway West ($.50 toll), to Gulf Boulevard. Go approximately 2 miles, the resort is on the left.
