Sorry, no pets. This is a non-smoking resort. Advance deposit or credit card guarantee due upon booking. Deposits are not refundable if reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival. Occupancy limits strictly enforced. Check in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 11 a.m.

From the South: Follow Route 138 over the Newport Bridge. Follow signs for Scenic Downtown Newport. Travel along America's Cup Avenue. Turn right on Thames Street. Turn right onto Wellington Avenue. Continue to turn right wherever possible (Ocean Drive). The resort is 1 mile past Fort Adams State Park.

From the North: Follow Route 195 East, to Route 24 South to Route 114 South. Take Route 114 approximately 12 miles and turn left onto Route 238. Follow 238 for 3 miles until opposite Newport Bay Club. Turn left onto Thames Street, then right onto Wellington Avenue and follow signs for Ocean Drive. The resort is 1 mile past Fort Adams State Park.
