From Boston: Take Route 24 S to I-495 S to the Bourne Bridge. Or take Route 3 S to the Sagamore Bridge Bypass. Follow signs to Buzzards Bay/Falmouth, then cross the Bourne Bridge. Take Route 28 S following signs for Falmouth/Island Ferry. Take a left on Palmer Road towards Falmouth Ctr - 28 South. Follow Palmer to Friendly's Restaurant take that right onto Falmouth Heights. Follow Falmouth Heights Rd until you get to the Ocean. Take a left on Grand Ave until it turns into Menauhant. Surfside Resort is 1.2 miles on the left.
